We will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed, unaltered item(s) for a refund or exchange within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
The following guidelines apply:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt.
Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, undamaged, saleable, with original tags and packaging (if applicable).
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
altered apparel
special orders
print-on-demand items
undergarments
perishable or personalized items
items identified as "final sale"
open media
downloads
Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs involved in returning the item.
The shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75 it is recommended that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee receipt of your return.

Please include your order number and pictures detailing the damages or defects of your item(s) and the packaging it arrived in to expedite this process.
Please do not return broken glass or other sharp items that could cause injury.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.
Once your return is received, please allow 10 to 14 business days for processing.
