We will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed, unaltered item(s) for a refund or exchange within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.


The following guidelines apply:


  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt.

  • Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, undamaged, saleable, with original tags and packaging (if applicable).

  • The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: 

    • altered apparel

    • special orders

    • print-on-demand items

    • undergarments

    • perishable or personalized items

    • items identified as "final sale" 

    • open media 

    • downloads 

  • Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs involved in returning the item. 

    • The shipping costs are non-refundable.

    • If you are shipping an item over $75 it is recommended that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.

    • We cannot guarantee receipt of your return.

  • If your item is damaged or defective please email our customer support team: [email protected].  

    • Please include your order number and pictures detailing the damages or defects of your item(s) and the packaging it arrived in to expedite this process.

  • Please do not return broken glass or other sharp items that could cause injury.

  • We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.

  • Once your return is received, please allow 10 to 14 business days for processing.
